Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Washington Commanders representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Pre-order Menu.

Any catering pre-orders are due one week prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will be available closer to the event date. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food - i.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people.

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required. Check the listing details to see what food and beverage (if any) is included with your suite.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Washington Commanders Suite Representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Commanders Field. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending an event with younger children. *Age restriction subject to event promoter.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Commanders Field)?

Commanders Field adheres to a Clear Bag policy for all stadium events. Commanders Field's Clear Bag policy can be found here. For additional rules, please refer to the Commanders Field Event page closer to the day of the event or contact a representative from the Washington Commanders Suite Sales Department.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other exclusive areas of the stadium?

Suite tickets will provide access to the adjacent club spaces to your suite. For example, Patio suites have access to the Patio Club directly adjacent to your suite.

Gameday Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in Commanders Field premium lots on site. You will be provided with details on where and how to park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances can be found on a map on the Commanders Field event pages closer to each event. Your ticket to the event will show which entrance to enter through, otherwise your Washington Commanders Suite representative will share details on entrance based on your suite location and where you are parking.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hours prior to the event, based on each individual event. Stadium door information can be found on the Washington Commanders event pages closer to each event.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. Event Day food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. An Event Day Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Event Day Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.

If I have an issue with my suite on an event day, who can I contact?
